NOT GUILTY ALL COUNTS.    First offense DUI in Sacramento.  Judge John Anton from Montery heard the case.  Cop admitted that clients driving into the suicide lane and back in to the #1 traffic lane was not dangerous.  PAS was 086/.084 about half hour before intox 07/07.  PAS maintenance docs indicate solution tested .006 high and the chp officer who maintained the device admitted to it on the stand.
